Preparation of litigation files
Appear in all levels of Court
Related responsibilities:
-conduct research to support legal proceedings
-assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
-investigate facts
-assist in negotiation to resolve legal disputes
We are a small, well established law firm with emphasis on Real Estate related litigation seeking a highly self motivated individual who will assist our law practice. Qualifications MUST include:
– Education:
-J.D. Law
-Membership in the Law Society of Ontario
