Renting any type of residential unit will be more secure with a Tenancy Agreement. A written agreement is not mandatory but makes it easier to prove the terms and conditions you agreed upon.

The Commercial Tenancies Act governs the Landlord and Tenant relationship concerning commercial leases. Disputes between Landlords and Tenants are resolved before the Courts. The best method to minimize or avoid disputes is to utilize a well drafted Commercial Lease.
